Rev.Doyle Pair established Victory Tabernacle of Durant,Oklahoma in September of 1978.The very first service was held at 210 East Evergreen,with twelve people present.This was our Church location for the next seven years.We  have many memories and valuable learning experiences as God blessed our congregation with souls.The church grew from twelve to sixty-five members in that first seven years.In the year of 1985,we purchased an old church building from the Jehovah's Witness,located at 720 HWY 70 East,which is our present location today.Before we could use this location,it had to be,remodeled.That year in December 1985,we completed the remodeling and what a time of rejoicing for our little congregation of sixty-five,for our first service in our new location.

God continued to Bless our services and our congregation continued to grow and in 1990,we reached one hundred members.That year we added the new,Sunday School Classes to our church.The following year,1991 we enlarged the sanctuary to accommodate a congregation of 225.By the year of 1998,our congregation was over 140,and the need for more classrooms was required.Therefore,God opened the door for us to purchase the old,"Smith's Qiuck Stop'' on the west side of our church.We finished the remodeling of that building in April of 2000,and it is now,called "Victory Tabernacle Educational Building." That same year we continued to grow and by March of 2002,we completed a new building,which included our Gym,Fellowship Hall,four more class rooms and a Evangelists quarters.

During that two years,we purchased approximately six acres of land and a house to the East of our property.This gives us a total of twelve acres,four buildings and all of it is totally dept free,Praise the Lord !

Today,we are running about 165 members with lots of guest in our congregation and ,we just recently remoldeled the sanctuary.
